Dental implant treatment
For a complete in-practice case, Dr. Singh can manage an extraction when needed, implant placement and the final prosthetic restoration. Immediate implant placement is possible in selected cases, but his commonly described delayed pathway is extraction, socket preservation, healing for about 3–4 months, reevaluation, implant placement, integration and then the final restoration.
Locator / snap-in denture treatment
If an existing denture fits properly and does not rock, the practice may be able to use or convert it. If it is unsuitable, a new denture can be made as part of Locator treatment. Dr. Singh commonly describes a minimum of 2 implants in the lower jaw and 4 in the upper jaw, with some cases using more depending on anatomy and treatment needs.
Full Arch / All-on-X treatment
Full Arch treatment can involve extractions, implant placement, a fixed temporary prosthesis and a later final prosthesis.
